In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. In the case of a purchase made via PayPal, transaction fees will be deducted.
In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
The user wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Coffeekeys di GEP Components SRL through an explicit statement, which can be sent by registered letter with return receipt and/or certified email to the following address:
The purchaser may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively by submitting the standard withdrawal form, as indicated in Annex I, Part B, of Legislative Decree 21/2014, although this is not mandatory.
The goods may be returned at any retail point located in Italy, as indicated on the website at the time of purchase. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all parts, and with all associated documentation. Subject to verifying compliance with the above, the website will refund the amount for the products covered by the withdrawal within a maximum of 20 days.
Shipping costs for defective products covered by the warranty or errors made by the website will be fully covered by the seller; otherwise, the buyer will be required to pay the aforementioned costs.
As provided for in Article 56, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the website may suspend the refund until the goods are received or until the buyer demonstrates that the goods have been returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the services and products of www.coffeekeys.eu are included in the categories of Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The website will execute the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase.
