To be always updated on the latest news of the store we have made available to customers a newsletter service which you can join by entering your email address in the form at the bottom of the site.

 

MY PERSONAL DATA ARE CONFIDENTIAL?

Coffeekeys follows the rules on data protection following the European legislation n. 2016/679. We have prepared the appropriate procedures for the collection, storage and deletion of personal data through special features.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE TO MAKE MY PURCHASES?

On Coffeekeys are enabled payments by credit card and through the most common digital services (Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal). At the bottom of the page of the site you can find all the logos corresponding to the payment methods accepted. We would like to remind you that paying by credit cards does not involve any kind of risk as the integrated support of the Stripe platform is offered to make the transaction secure.

 

CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE IN THE NAME OF MY COMPANY?

We offer the possibility to issue electronic invoices in favor of companies, to do this you must send an email to our address info@coffeekeys.eu. Please enter the references to the order to be invoiced and the company data necessary for the issuance of the document.

 

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

Coffeekeys performs shipments worldwide.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed with Standard shipping in Italy usually require 2-3 business days for preparation and 3-5 days for delivery once shipped, excluding holidays. For shipments outside the Italian territory are required at least 7-10 working days. If you choose express shipping, preparation times remain unchanged while delivery takes 2-3 working days on the national territory. As for deliveries abroad will be available for some countries delivery through the DHL Express service which guarantees delivery times of 2-5 working days worldwide.

 

WHAT ARE THE AMOUNTS OF SHIPPING COSTS? Shipments start at a cost of €5 for domestic shipments and €12 for international shipments. However, we provide alternative shipping methods (express delivery) with different amounts.

 

CAN I MONITOR THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

The status of your order can be viewed through the link "View your order" contained in the confirmation email of the same. When the shipment will be made, an email will be delivered to the address indicated during the purchase process containing the tracking number.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? The order can be canceled only before the start of the shipping procedures of the product by sending an email to info@coffeekeys.eu, indicating the order number.

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE? During the purchase process, on the right side of the screen, you can enter a discount code in the dedicated field "Discount Code". Once inserted it will be sufficient to click on "Apply" to confirm the operation.
