Cancellation policy

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the order date, without providing any reason.

For pre-orders of products not yet available, the withdrawal period runs from the order confirmation date (not the shipping date).

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your pre-order within 14 days, contact us at:

• Reason for cancellation (optional)

3. Refund

Once your cancellation request has been received and accepted, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

For orders already shipped, you will need to return the package in good condition (intact packaging and unused product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom orders made to the customer's specifications
• Digital products already downloaded
• Pre-orders cancelled by the customer after full payment, where the product has become available and shipment is imminent

5. Pre-orders Cancelled by CoffeeKeys

In the event that a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable, CoffeeKeys undertakes to notify you by the expected delivery date and to issue a full refund with no deductions.
